Brand New Start

Brand new year so brand new start...had my hair highlighted by Cindy. It turned out real nice....Cindy asked me to straighten my hair...so I let her do it...it turned out...well....kinda odd..maybe I am not used to it but Jenn and the rest said that I looked good in it....younger in fact...haha!

Went over to AMK NTUC just now to get the rest of the food for steamboat tomorrow. Yes...tomorrow is going to be a busy day for me cause I got to prepare lots of things...anyway I got help from the rest so I hope I would not be too tired to eat after that!

Counting down to my holiday in Bangkok...another 2 more days left and off to Thailand! This time round I shall watch my spending cause budget! Hope that I could get some nice tees, burmudas, shoes! Also hope that I could get a Valentine's Day present for DC...we shall see how it goes!!

Time to get some sleep liao....it's late and I got lots to do tomorrow!!

Found a Job!

Been too busy and tired to blog nowadays and hence never blog..haha! Must tell myself to stop being lazy and start blogging....

Found a job at last...working as an Administrator in Kingston International School. Will be starting work on 2nd Feb. Well, really hope this brand new year will be a great one and I will have a great start!

Went to Colin's birthday party at Coasta Sands resort last Sat. Brought DeeDee along. Lena and Ber brought Junior and Coco along as well...Junior is so small and cute...he even has blinG blinG on his tiny shirt! Coco has grown real big the last time I saw her...well..she is pretty hyper I must say. DeeDee is really embarassing though....kept on snatching the milk bones of Coco's and Junior's. After that, Jaron arrived and we ate some bbq food and waited for Colin to cut cake. It was a strawberry cheesecake done by Jenn and it was beautiful! But sad to say, I again never get to eat it! Sigh! So when will you make 1 more for me to try Jenn??

Sunday brought DeeDee and Happy to Alvin for grooming...Happy vomitted twice in Jaron's car! She has car sickness! While waiting for the 2 princesses to be ready, we went over to the Seng Siong at Ten Mile Junction...My! It was raining heavily and packed with people! Bought some of the steamboat's food and drinks for this coming thursday's dinner..

Signed my appointment letter yesterday. Luckily I went through and found they made a mistake in my salary...anyway the director changed and signed on it....really hope to start work soon! After that accompanied Jaye to get wigs from People's Park Center. The hawker and stalls are all re-opened already...proceeded to Terry's handphone shop and Jaye changed his handphone to a samsung. It was pretty cool and nice! Later went over to Chinatown to get decorations before proceeding home. DC was just home when I reached...by then, was very very tired. Took my cough medicine and slept until 11plus when Ken messaged me saying there will be mahjong. Played mahjong with Ken, Garfield and Ken's friend called Bubbly...a cute gal with red hair!

Anyway after Bubbly left, taught Cindy and Garfield to play 3-leg mahjong....it kept them confused for awhile! K..pen off now...need to catch some sleep before I really get sick!!

Dino's Birthday

Was Dino's birthday yesterday. Went over to Ease Coast Park to celebrate it with him. Did not know it was his birthday until DC told me. Dino did called in the afternoon and said he wants to meet me and DC but did not mention about his birthday.

Had my migraines recently again...could not sleep well lately...had nightmares as well...don't know why but the nightmares are pretty scarey!

Cleaned the house yesterday. Chinese New Year coming soon and so must do some spring-cleaning or else DC complain again! Felt good after the cleaning!

After East Coast Park went to Mustaffa with Jenn, Colin and Ah Chai...bought alot of things and went home at 3am. By the time we reached home, it was really late so I asked DC to turn in while I kept the things and ironed DC's shirt before turning in.

Shopping!

Was very tired today, slept at 11am after mahjong session with Ken and the rest at the chalet. Came home at 6am, prepared breakfast for DC and DeeDee before settling down infront of the computer to send out resumes until my eyes were too heavy for me to continue on.

Jenn called me at 3pm and asked me to follow her to Ikea. Told her I was too tired and asked her to come up to my place instead. She ended up sleeping as well..haha! Woke up at around 5.30pm, shared a packet of noodles and waited for DC to off work so we could go to Ikea together. DC was too lazy to drive and so we all took Jenn's lorry instead. DeeDee was so excited! Had a great dinner at Ikea...had my favourite Swedish meatballs. Bought a nice vase to put pottpurri in it. DC bought lots of rugs and Jenn got a few boxes for herself. Everyone seems happy about their purchases!

Went over to pasir ris to collect back my mahjong table, chairs and tiles. Came back home and now settling down to watch memoirs of a geisha with Jenn. It's a nice movie! Go catch it!

Fishing

Went out early yesterday for interviews...best part was I mixed up the dates! It was suppose to be today...luckily I called them to re-confirm. Went over to MOE to get a re-print of my certificates...left in a rush and realised my IC was with the security guards...sigh...getting really blur nowadays! Went over to International Plaza and bought Ken's birthday present...saw a few items I might want to get for myself and DC..kekeke!

Waited for DC to finish work...was too tired so I slept...DC then suggested we go fishing since Pasir Ris fish farm has a promotion...so off we packed our things and then went over to Pasir Ris for fishing...my...it was a long time since we went fishing...remembered the first time DC brought me to fishing and prawning at Marina South! We had loads of fun! DC was the one who taught me to fish and catch prawns! Memories........

Settled nicely at a spot at Pasir Ris and started to fish..nothing happened...it was getting kind of bored...luckily DeeDee was there with me...played with her while DC busied with the rod and line...waited almost 4 hours before DC managed to catch a seabass at last! By the time we went home, it was 3am already!

Woke up very early to rush for an interview at Tanjong Pagar..ne arly lost my way but managed to get there at last..it was a school..Kingston International...the vice principal was a nice lady, the principal...well...he tried his very best to really test me out...luckily I managed it real well and he was quite pleased with my preformance..he even said that I was full of confidence and has a high chnace to get the job provided that there would not be a more qualified candidate! Thanks! Anyway, I was hopeful....rushed for lunch before going over to Tung Center to help DC pay for the car instalment then realise they do not accept cash! Gosh! Made the rush for nothing! Then got aa cab, rushed to MOE to get my IC back before rushing all the way to Ubi for another interview...arrived there earlier then scheduled...the lady was nice and I must say I did well for that interview as well...let's hope that for either job, I would get it!

Tired..so took a cab home...went home and found the kitchen in a mess! Yes! DeeDee bit the newspapers (which she was supposed to pee and poo!) into pieces again! Fuming mad, I took the cane and whacked her!Sigh! Don't know when this rascal will learn! Cleaned up the mess before settling down with aches in my back! Anyway, will take a short nap before waiting for DC to come home and go for Ken's birthday chalet.

Dramas!

Dramas..yes...every weekend people who goes clubbing is so used and tired of seeing it..drama happened again last friday...people got drunk and tempers flared....accident happened this time round...sigh!! Why can't everyone just enjoy the night clubbing and then be merry and not get drunk and get into s.h.i.t? Is it really the alcohol or is it just people who wants to get drunk and then let things happened? After which people got a great excuse of saying oh sorry...it was the alcohol...

Anyway played mahjong last night with Jaron, Jaye and DC. Had fun although I did not win or lose any money! Planned for a reunion dinner on the 26th Jan so that I would be around to celebrate new year earlier with DC and the people but it seems like no one is kinda interested in joining the steamboat dinner. Anyway, it's ok...I will still carry on with the plans. Went down to Chinatown just now to shop (at last!). Had fun buying goodies and stuffs...at least here, I can feel the CNY mood...bought lots of CNY decorations with my favourite cat on it!! Haha!! Came home and started to decorate the house. Jen was here just now and we chatted with Cindy and Ken. They brought out their scrap book and their photos for us to look at. Found the scrap book to be very romantic and meaningful...hmm...gave me an idea to start one also...but I kinda lazy...maybe will start a blog just for both of us? We'll see how...got to go for a few interviews tomorrow. Hope that I will be successful in getting a job soon.

Rainy Day

Raining whole day...really do not feel like doing anything....woke up early this morning to make breakfast for DC and DeeDee...after that went to the net and checked my emails...found that there was an interview..but it was for Modern Beauty...work as temp customer service officer...well found out that they pay not much so did not go for it....went back to sleep..nice weather to sleep anyway!!

Woke up and found that it was 5plus in the evening...packed the room cause DC complained it was in a mess. After which I then washed the toilet and scrubed the bathroom floor tiles..it was dirty! Cleaned and packed the basin area and then mopped the whole room...it took me almost an hour plus doing the chores but at least now the room is so much cleaner!

Ironed DC's shirt for tomorrow's work...waited for DC to off work then go for dinner. Wanted to go Chinatown since it was not raining (at last!!) but DC was tired...so settled dinner at Punggol Plaza. Went and bought some chinese new year decorations! Most has Hello Kitty in them!! Bought some groceries at NTUC before heading home...DC did work in the study room...I went on to decorate the house and later settled in to watch Memoirs of a Geisha VCD with Ken and Cindy...nice movie! Time really passes by real fast...already it is so late...anyway getting real tired.. Friday already...should I go clubbing with the guys??Hmm...getting tired of it..will see what other plans..maybe go watch a movie or stay home...

Mahjong Time!!

Recovering from my flu and cough..at last!! Went to the clinic downstairs my house to get cough mixture that day..refused to take what the doctor prescribe to me and insisted to have the one i use to take..then the doctor tought that I was using is like a drug!! Thanks eh!! Anyway she told me not to take the usual cough mixture too much cause it contains codin which make people addicted..

Monday night went to WhyNot for the Hari Raya show..it was ok la..after that felt really bored...anyway not much crowd at the place...asked Jaye, Joan, Jenn and Terry to go back with me to play mahjong...DC complained saying I should rest since I was sick instead of playing MJ...told her it's ok cause it holiday the next day and I really itching to play MJ....Later Jaron came over after clubbing and took over Jenn and Terry....told us again dramas happened (expected!!)..sigh...getting real tired and sick of all these! Think play mahjong more fun! Haha!

Next day went over to pet movers and buy new dog food for DeeDee...ate at the cafe there...they changed owner and no more luncheon meat burgers! Sad! Sent Jaron home after that and went home to rest. Met up with Jenn, Alvin, Gary and Robin in the evening. Alvin went over to P.S to get clothing...DC also got a few pieces. Bought myself a nice pendant with doggy paws on it!! Bought a nice heart-shaped pendant for Jenn as well...keke!! Went to Bugis kopitiam for dinner. Terry and the other Jen met us there as well...Terry was pissed about something and ordered lots of food to eat! Haha! Sent Alvin back to V then Gary and Robin home before dropping Jenn home...went home and Ken, Cindy and Garfield was at homed...asked to play mahjong with them...great! Played with them till 8am then sleep..my...go on like that I think I am going to have very bad eyebags!

Did housework this afternoon...then later went to downstairs kopitiam to eat abit with Ken...raining heavily (Again!!) so stayed there and chatted...Ken told me how he got to know Cindy and what they went through...told Ken about me and DC...went home after that...waited for DC to come home before going out for dinner with Alvin, Gary and Robin...rained so heavily just now! Most parts of Chinatown flooded! Wanted to go walk around Chinatown these few days but no chance to cause everyday raining...the vendors also poor thing...no business as well..anyway picked Alvin and went over to TB to eat yong tau foo....Alvin was complaining about how sticky Mr D. was and was driving him up the wall...waited for Gary and then picked Robin up before ending up at Geylang eating durians..yummy!!Bought some nice tidbits as well!! Gave abit to DeeDee to eat..keke...after that discovered the tyre was abit flat...went to pump air but still kinda flat...went to a shop at Lavender to check the tyre..it was ok...DC then bought new rim covers for the tyres...went over to V for awhile...Terry, Jen, Joan, Jaron and another guy was playing MJ...stayed for awhile before heading back home....tired..think must go sleep earlier or else my dark eye-rings are going to be worse!!

Just Another Day!

Ok...been sick lately so did not update my blog!

Saturday night...woke up early in the morning to go to the bank with DC and then to the vet for DeeDee's last vaccination...saw alot of dogs at the vet and there was this pair of miniture maltese...only 3mths old and the size of my palm....really cute!! Forgot to tell the vet that I was recommended by Dett. So ended up paying abit more for the injection...anyway its ok! Came home after that and rested till evening, went out with DC to WhyNot. Met up with Noris, Jaye and Samsul there...they were rehersing for the CNY show. Later went out with them for a movie and sushi...came back to WhyNot. Saw most of them drunk....drama, drama again! Kanna punched on the face by Jonathan..all Dett's fault! He thought that I was the one who kicked him...sigh!!

Sunday..did not sleep well, my strong cough mixture is finished and so I coughed the whole night and vomited whatever I ate...stayed at home the whole day...was raining cats and dogs since last night...watched television with Jaron...DC cooked porridge and went back to sleep...She literallty slept the whole day yesterday!! Can't blame her though, she tired!

Went out with the gang to Chinatown market to have dinner...saw a fantastic performance at the pasar malam...the art off changing masks! He was damn fast and good! Had a sumptuous dinner...all of us were so full! After that, went over to Tentric...saw Jenn's car and then found out that the rest of the gang were there! DC opened a bottle a Bombay Gin...were happily relaxing and drinking Gin...that was so much fun compared to weekends clubbing at WhyNot whereby everyone drank to get drunk and not for enjoyment!

Went home around 2am...helped DC to iron the shirt and pants for work while she do her reports...ate the normal cough mixtures to help ease the cough abit till I go see the doctor....want to sleep then realise DeeDee pee on the bed again...sigh! Getting more and more naughty! Cleaned the mess abit and went off to sleep...cannot take it liao..tired!

Sick

Went to Tiong Bahru last night to see doctor but the doctor was closed! No choice but to wait till today evening go again.

Went back to granny's place and picked up all the stuffs...took almost 4,5 bags of stuffs home....best my aunty ate all my hello kitty sweets and also took my hello kitty's stuffs!! Damn!! She is always like that! Can't she just go and get it herself??Those are bought by darling and she just takes my things without my permission!! AS ALWAYS!! Lucky I am not staying there anymore...she just takes things for granted....and best her thinking is that she is my AUNT and so I had to give in to her...what BULLSHIT!! Brought DeeDee to granny's place, granny love her alot...kept on playing with her, calling her gigi...well tried to correct her but she got pronounciation problem..nevermind then!!


Met up with Ken and Cindy at Ikea and had dinner there. Had my favourite Swedish meatballs in a special cream sauce and cranberry jam...was really delicious!! Darling and a curry rice...was not bad also....after dinner we walked at Ikea. Cindy bought a crystal light. Nice!! Darling bought a clothes rack...now darling can hang her clothes out and then no worries of crumpling them!

Sigh my cough is getting from bad to worse...not only that, I have a runny nose and a very bad pain at my lower back...hope that after seeing the doctor tonight, I will be able to get a good night sleep and get well...

Job Hunting

Sigh...woke up with a very bad cough today...it is so bad that I vomited twice and whatever cough mixture i take also did not work!

Ken and Cindy accompanied me yesterday to Compasspoint. Went and booked an appointment for Darling at the dentist. Bought food to cook dinner...they loved the soup...especially darling...longed for home-cooked food for a long time. Darling went to the dentist and spent 80bucks! Most importantly the dentist spent a long time and managed to get the fish bone out of her gums!! HaHa!

Woke up with a splitting headache this morning...Ken actually asked me to follow them today..refused because I was not feeling well. Heat up the soup and drank it for brunch...wasn't really hungry anyway.

Darling messaged me saying that it is fun going out with the sales guys and seeing them change the vending machines. Was glad darling enjoy her job..that is the most important factor...darling actually survived it all yesterday with all the briefings and also the sales team which is kind of in a mess!!

Went to jobsdb to look for jobs...so far no luck! Sending out so many resumes and no replies! Sigh!! Desperately needed a job fast...I really do not want darling to feel the burden of having to pay for everything...

Got to go back to granny's place to take my things before my aunt throw them all out. Sigh...humans! Once they feel that you are no longer of use, they just chuck you one side...anyway, it's ok!

Hope that I will find a job soon!

SteamBoat Buffet

Today is a very relaxing day for me. Woke up in the morning, fed my princess DeeDee and went back to sleep. Woke up around 2plus, went to punggol plaza for brunch before heading to NTUC to buy some groceries. Head back home and continued my beauty sleep. HaHa!!

Woke up around 8.30pm and then Darling told me it's time for dinner!! My! Eat again! No wonder I am putting on so much weight. Went to meet up with Jaron, Elf, Gary, Robin, Alvin and Elf's friend at beach road for steamboat buffet. Ate so much! That's the problem with buffet...because there is a big spread, you just overeat and then you would feel bloated! Humans! Always that greedy!!

After dinner went to WhyNot to support Don and Daniel. Both did a great show..especially Daniel...he was really funny! After show, we left and sent Gary and Robin home before going home...then out dear little princess had to pee on the comforter! Spanked her real hard and cleaned up the mess...

Ken and Cindy moved in yesterday. They were quite excited about the new place. Reminds me of the first time me and darling just moved in...kinda bring back lots of sweet memories! Jen stayed over at my place for 2 nights. Think she need to really cool things down and think things over...but whatever it is, just hope that she will get over it soon.

Year 2006

2006!! Brand new year!! Celebrations!!

Went to DXO to support Noris,Jaye and Samsul for the coutdown show...the place is very nice but the crowd was too rowdy...the caucasians were booing them when they did the show. 1 lady even went up to Noris and sprayed the fake snow at him twice!! My god! Don't they know what is manners? Luckily the management threw her out and the party continued. Saw the fireworks at the Esplanade. It was really beautiful to see the whole sky lighted up with all the colourful sparks...tried to send an sms to DC to wish her happy new year and happy anniversary but the lines were all jammed! Anyway tried again 1 hour later and it managed to get through...after that the whole gang came down and we had out little party at the VIP room reserved for us only...it was really fun after all the hiccups at the show.

Went over to WhyNot after DXO around 2am...My goodness, the roads were all jammed. Wanted to get a cab but could not...ended up walking from the esplanade to chinatown with Jaron, Joan and Jennifer. Our legs were really tired and luckily managed to get Vincent to fetch us to Whynot from Chinatown...He is our saviour!!

Party continued at Whynot but guess everyone was already very tired and hence, not everyone really enjoyed themselves...but hey still the crowd at Whynot was so so much better than DXO's...at least the people and friends at WN were so much friendlier...Saw Darling and wished her again and kissed her...Can see she is very tired! Everyone drank but this time round no one was drunk...well, at least for the new year, no dramas and stuffs..

Cindy and ken will be moving in later in the afternoon...guess will take some time to get use to having 2 more poeple around in the house!

Hope for this brand new year, everthing will turn out right for everyone including myself...
