Well, back from my holiday on the 18th July. It was a really fun trip. Had lots of fun and really enjoyed myself from the shopping to eating to massages....hmm...really do not wish to come back but cannot...cause me and D.C totally broke liao!!

Back to work on 20th and guess what? My dear immediate boss Mr. J told me that he feels I am not suitable for the job and ask me to resign. He said that I did not clear my work properly then go on long leave. Said that I am not totally focused. I was really fuming inside...come on..I am there only less than 1 month and he expects me to be perfect! Before I went on my leave, he said he will not judge me this month cause he knows that I need time to cope with the work and after my leave, he said another thing! What makes me mad was that he planned to get rid of me while I was on leave!! And best part he said he does not believe in terminating people so he ask me to resign on my own, he can still pretend to be nice by telling me he will give me a month grace to find another job!

Anyway I did not say much, all I did was just went back to my desk and gave him my resignation letter. Still fuming and angry, sms D.C and told him what happened...he also felt angry with what dirty tricks Mr.J did...including that people who back-stabbed me! Sigh, just not my day!

Went back to work today and Mr.J said that Hr could not approve me leaving immediately and I have to serve the 2 weeks notice or I have to pay the company back. Fine! I also know he will have to keep me cause month end is coming and no one is there to do all the dirty work! Then on my way home, I know Christ will come and ask me things and true enough she told me Mr. J asked her to help out cause I am leaving. Christina even asked Mr.J why he did not give me a chance and all he said was no point cause he could not work with me plus....HE WAS ANGRY THAT I WENT ON LONG LEAVE!! Please lor...I told the management before I join I will be on this leave and they agreed to it! He told Christina that he was not told about it and said that I as a new person should not go on leave! WTF!!!

Anyway, I did not make any comments and told Christ it does not matter anymore. And she is also another smiling tiger whom I could not trust. All I know is that I will do what I can do and the rest of the things I just heck care...I JUST WANT TO LEAVE THIS COMPANY FAST!!!
